Real estate of Ukraine

An appraiser is a legal entity or individual businessman, possessing a license to the right of realization of estimation of the real estate located on territory of Moscow, for the aims of transmission of conclusions about estimation to Customer or other users of services of appraiser.

It is a person, possessing experience, preparation and qualification for an immovable or movable property appraisal. A necessity in services of independent appraiser, specialist, in determination of market value arose up at the beginning of 1990th in the period of becoming of market of the real estate. To it in regard to the real estate used other concepts is «book value», «taking cost» of inventory, «remaining cost» — not quite taking into account economic features of object. That, simpler speaking, it was impossible to understand on them, how many for an object it is possible to get «living money». The job performance of appraiser carries probabilistic character, in space of prices there is no clear and single «point» for every object.
