Real estate of Ukraine

Immovable own is this:

• legal concept which means the aggregate (package) of ownership rights on the real estate, including the right of domain, use, order, appropriation of profit from the domain, and profit from the order by the real estate;

• unity of physical body — real estate and right of ownership on him.

The unoccupied apartment is the apartment of building, which is used for any aims, except for the residence in him of physical persons.

The real estate in a housing sphere is the real estate with the set rights of domain, use and order within bounds of property, including:

• lot lands and dwelling-houses with the dwelling and unoccupied apartments firmly related to them, and pryusadebnye economic buildings, green planting, with the long-term cycle of development;

• dwelling-houses, apartments, other dwelling apartments in dwelling-houses and other structures, suitable for the permanent and temporal residence;

• buildings and elements of engineering infrastructure of housing sphere.
