Real estate of Ukraine

The right of private ownership is the right of each to have the objects of the real estate in own, own, use and dispose of them both individually and joint with other persons. The right of private ownership is guarded, by a law. Nobody can be deprived the object of the real estate belonging to him differently as in decision of court. The forced alienation of object of the real estate for state needs can be produced on condition of preliminary and equivalent compensation only.
